You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless dollar curtains + blinds, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.
8. Variation.
dollar curtains + blinds shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.
9. Complaints.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: if you have any complaints or comments please email us on customerservice@dollarcurtains.com.au.
10. Waiver.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia.
12. Entire Agreement.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and dollar curtains + blinds. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of dollar curtains + blinds.
Review To Win: Terms + Conditions
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This promotion is applicable only to purchasers of a dollar curtains + blinds product/service in Australia who review their dollar curtains + blinds product on the Product Review website or Google review page during the promotion period (see clause 4).
3. You (the “Claimant”) must be an Australian resident aged at least 18 who is not (a) an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the promoter or agencies associated with the promotion.
4. This is a ‘game of skill’ and the most constructive and creative entry will be chosen. There are three winners chosen per month (you may only review the product or service once). Once the month has concluded, the promoter will choose 3 winners and the $100 Visa Gift Card will be sent out to 3 winners within 2 weeks of a claim being approved. Each Visa Gift card is valued at $100 and is not redeemable for cash.
i) One entry per qualifying Google or Product review.
ii) The winners will be contacted via email and will be sent an online gift card.
iii) The prize will be provided to the winner within 28 days after draw has taken place.
5. This promotion starts on 21 October, 2021 and ends midnight on 31 December 2022, but may be extended or cancelled at any time without prior notice.
6. To enter the promotion, the claimant must complete the following steps during the promotional Period:
i) You must submit a review of your dollar curtains + blinds product on the Product Review website or Google account page before the end of the current month that the review invitation was sent. Your review will be subject to Product Review and Google terms and conditions.
ii) You must supply an Australian email address for online delivery to be eligible. If we don’t have an email address we will contact the customer via phone/SMS to arrange online delivery.
7. This offer is valid for dollar curtains + blinds products only.
8. You grant the promoter and its related companies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence without charge to use, reproduce, publish and display all or part of your review for promotional, advertising and media purposes in all distribution methods including on its website, Facebook page, other social or traditional media. This will be subject to Product Review and Google terms and conditions.
9. The promoter reserves the right to:
(a) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time without notice;
(b) substitute the gift or part of the gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification. The gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the promotion is your responsibility including telecommunications and internet service provider charges.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law the promoter including its officers, employees and agents excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
(c) any registration or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the promoter);
(e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) from use of the gift. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under Australian Consumer Law.
12. The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and as required by law. Please see the promoter’s privacy policy.
13. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing and general information from the promoter.
14. If the promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive laws of Australia and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

By tagging @dollarcurtainsandblinds and/or using hashtag #dollarcurtainsandblinds you consent to dollar curtains + blinds reposting and sharing your content via other marketing channels including but not limited to social media, electronic communications, website, banners, print material and sales and marketing materials.
You are providing dollar curtains + blinds with non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited rights to use this content.
You warrant that you own all intellectual property rights in your content and dollar curtains + blinds use of the content will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
You confirm dollar curtains + blinds will not pay you for the use of your content.
If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and want to allow dollar curtains + blinds to use social content containing the images of your child, you agree to the above terms.
If you change your mind about sharing your content with dollar curtains + blinds, please contact us in writing at customerservice@dollarcurtains.com.au and advise that you no longer want us to use your content.
